Because a paid survey is what keeps the advice honest. Free surveys are usually funded by the treatments they recommend.

Same-day and next-day appointments are available across London, with reports delivered in 2–3 working days.
What areas do you cover?
All London boroughs, plus Greater London and the surrounding counties. We've surveyed in over 110 postcode districts.
