Who we are

Established in Beckenham, South East London in 2013. Currently operating from serviced offices in Lewisham. We no longer have a shopfront as it allows us to save on outgoing expenses, most of the team work from home and we pass on the savings and efficiency to you the client.

The founder and CEO Javad Chohan is a former Builder, Landlord and NHBC House Developer.

After helping many Landlords and Home-owners with selling, buying, renting, compliance, tenant and Lease issues; Javad decided to start an Estate Agency and obtained the required NAEA and ARLA qualifications to show competence and for compliance.

Recently Javad qualified and became an accredited RICS Chartered Surveyor.

The Team includes Landlords and Tenants, we totally understand the industry and legislation updates. Our Landlord and Tenant clients are very happy with our performance and value driven service. We are not perfect but we work hard to achieve the desired result.
