How quickly can you attend?

Speed matters with damp, whether it's a transaction deadline, a tenant reporting mould, or water actively coming into the building. We offer same-day and next-day appointments across London, subject to availability, and we always prioritise urgent cases where there are health concerns or ongoing damage.

Typical timescales

• Booking to site visit: same-day or next-day where possible; 2–3 working days is typical
• Site visit: 1–2 hours for a standard residential survey
• Written report: 2–3 working days after the visit
• Next-day reporting: available on request for exchanges and other hard deadlines
