What areas do you cover?

We cover the whole of London (Central, North, South, East, and West) plus Greater London and the surrounding counties including Surrey, Kent, Essex, and Hertfordshire. Our base on Lee High Road in Lewisham puts us within easy reach of both central London and the suburbs.

Deep local knowledge

We've completed hundreds of surveys across more than 110 London postcode districts, from Kensington stucco townhouses to Hackney warehouse conversions and Bromley semis. That matters because London's damp problems track its building stock: solid-wall Victorian terraces with failed slate DPCs, Georgian basements below ground level, post-war blocks with cold bridging, and new-builds with construction moisture. Knowing what a building type usually does wrong makes diagnosis faster and more accurate.
