How much does a damp survey cost?
Residential damp surveys are a flat £300 inc VAT with no hidden costs. Commercial and specialist surveys are quoted on enquiry.
How much does damp proofing treatment cost?
Chemical DPC installation typically starts from £70–£100 per metre, but the survey comes first, so you only pay for treatment the evidence supports.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (preferred), credit and debit cards, and cheque, with clear payment terms agreed in writing before any work starts.
Do you offer guarantees on your work?
Yes. We provide long-term, insurance-backed guarantees on damp proofing treatments, typically 10–30 years depending on the work.
