Why do you charge for damp surveys?
Because a paid survey is what keeps the advice honest. Free surveys are usually funded by the treatments they recommend.
How much does a damp survey cost?
Residential damp surveys are a flat £300 inc VAT with no hidden costs. Commercial and specialist surveys are quoted on enquiry.
What's in the written report?
15–25 pages: findings room by room, moisture readings, photographic evidence, a clear diagnosis, and prioritised recommendations.
What is Awaab's Law and how does it affect me?
Landlords must investigate reported damp and mould within 14 days and complete repairs within strict timeframes. A professional survey is the core of a compliant response.
