What's in the written report?

The report is the product. It's what you're actually buying. Ours are written to be understood by a homeowner and relied on by a solicitor, and a typical residential report runs 15–25 pages.

What it contains

• Property and inspection details: construction type, weather on the day, areas inspected and any access limitations
• Findings room by room, with moisture readings and what they mean
• Photographic evidence of every defect, cross-referenced in the text
• Diagnosis: the cause of each problem, stated plainly
• Prioritised recommendations: what needs doing now, what can wait, and what's merely cosmetic
• Guidance on likely next steps, with no obligation to use any particular contractor

Who can rely on it

Reports are lender- and solicitor-friendly, so they can support mortgage retentions, price negotiations, and legal correspondence.
