About Henderson Wood and the Team
Established in Beckenham, South East London in 2013.
The founder and CEO Javad Chohan is a former Builder, Landlord and NHBC House Developer.
After helping many Landlords and Home-owners with selling, buying, renting, compliance, tenant and Lease issues; Javad decided to start an Estate Agency and obtained the required NAEA and ARLA qualifications to show competence.
Recently Javad became an accredited and qualified with RICS as a Chartered Surveyor.
Our Team includes Landlords and Tenants so we totally understand the industry and legislation updates. Our Landlord and Tenant clients are very happy with our performance and value driven service. We are not perfect but we work hard to achieve the desired result.
